Spend
a week on the beautiful Oregon coast with prominent, nationally
known performers and teachers studying the instrumental and vocal
skills that make up the wonderful music we know as Bluegrass. Since
1992, Bluegrass at the Beach
has been recognized as one of the premier music camps in the country
and features first-class instructors and
small class sizes for all instruments thus insuring a unique and
memorable experience for all students.
Bluegrass at the Beach
is an Intermediate to Advanced music camp and classes include both
individual instrument instruction and ensemble work with an emphasis
on performance style, harmony singing and instrumental and vocal
technique. In addition, special sections focus on songwriting, music
theory and ensemble playing.
Bluegrass at the Beach
is a unique music camp with first-class instructors and small class
sizes for each instrument and students receive valuable instrument
instruction and a great camp experience. David Grisman was so excited
about Bluegrass at the Beach that he wrote a song with that name
about his time there.

Bluegrass at the Beach
is presented by Stephen Ruffo who also works hard to bring you Wintergrass,
the 2005 IBMA Bluegrass Event of the Year and the Mandolin
Symposium with David Grisman and Mike Marshall. The quality
